I really can't say much about the microwave itself, except that it is doing ALL that I bought it for. I actually bought it for my son, who is living on his own for the first time. I went to Best Buy to find a good microwave at a decent price, because I didn't have too much to spend with him moving out and all the other costs involved. I bought it, he picked it up and has said it works GREAT! The main thing for me, however, was how inexpensive it was. It was NOT CHEAP because I refuse to buy ANYTHING cheap! I look for inexpensive, which Best Buy provides! They don't sell ANYTHING cheap, but they sell good stuff inexpensively, which is what this was!

I bought this as a backup when my over the stove microwave broke. I now keep it upstairs so that I can heat stuff up at night or make a cup of tea, etc. Although it is small and was so very inexpensive, it works great.

This is a great microwave for my apartment! It's small enough to where it doesn't take up a lot of space. The size wasn't what I was expecting (I thought it would be a little bigger) but it ended up working out in the long run.

Today I learned 12" plates don't fit in it. Standard sized paper plates do though. This is the tiniest microwave I've ever owned, but no one complains when they want their food in a jiffy!

This microwave was great! I can easily operate this machine...user friendly, my mother in law loves this and she said, this one is much better to operate and heats up food with less electricity comsumption!

I bought this microwave for my daughter to use in her dorm room and it’s the perfect size. She has had no problems with it and says that it suits her needs pretty well.

Keep the limitations of this oven in mind. I got it for the staff to reheat their snacks and coffee. The turntable did not look solid. The rest of the oven looked well made.

I've had this for nearly a year and it still looks new and functions perfectly. Small enough not to take over too much space but large enough to do all I need it to do.

I've had this microwave for about 2 months now and I have no complaints. It heats the food well and it has all the little features I like and the price was great so I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered online because our microwave broke. It could’ve been perfect but just a little smaller than i expected. Otherwise, works pretty good for a decent price!

Great value! Nice "extras" on this countertop unit - instant 30-second burst on the start button, turntable, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it functions for an inexpensive unit.

Needed a small microwave to replace the one that died. Was not sure of Insignia brand, bu the price was right. It is working well so far. If I can get ten years out of it, I'll be happy.

The size is perfect for dorms with limited space and those smaller apartments the students rent on campus. No problems so far and really don't expect to have any. You can't beat the price too.

we don't microwave many things, expect popcorn and the occasional mac n' cheese, so we just needed a small and basic microwave. this definitely does the trick!

Love this little microwave! It’s perfect for me to use at work to heat up leftovers for lunch! Has nice instant settings and can actually fit a dinner plate!! Yes buy it you’ll like it!

I needed a compact microwave for my dorm room. I selected the Insignia .7 cf microwave both for its size and high ratings by consumers. I am happy with my choice.

Most of the time there's just me and I bought it specifically to fit in corner, out of sight. At sale price and with these space considerations it is perfect.

Too small for a dinner plate and barely big enough for a bag of popcorn. But was still a great deal. It’s a convenient microwave for small heating jobs.

It's not very powerful but I new that when I bought. It does the job. I bought it for my daughter in her dorm. Great job for the price.
