My wife and I have been looking for a good microwave to fit in our apartment, which has precious little counter space. The smaller profile made it possible to fit under a cabinet that is too low for other appliances to fit, and the plug in the back has a spacer so you can put it all the way to the wall without pinching the power cord (which was my biggest concern)
