Since I purchased it, I honestly have no issues with it. It heats things really well and meets the basic microwave needs. This is really good for someone who needs a microwave last minute, looking for something affordable, in need of a smaller appliance for spacing, or just want a cheap microwave. For reference, I live with like four people and we use it regularly.
