However, on inspection I found back wall of the interior had a inch long cut line in it. It wasn't sharp but feeling it you can tell the panel is comprised. I only found it as I was removing the tiny, tiny pieces of Styrofoam stuck inside the interior with a flash light as the white on white is impossible to see without it. Also, on repackaging it to return to Best Buy, I noticed tiny small cuts in 3 places on the plug. The whole process on Best Buy of ordering is great. Even calling in for help on the return was so easy. Printing label and drop off at UPS super easy. I have no printer so I forwarded the return label to UPS and they print it out for you for $4.00. I am total tech member so delivery and return shipping is free. First time I ordered online. The whole process is great, except for the defects I found. Best Buy would have sent a replacement but at this time I just wanted to wait. What a shame as I really love the item but told Best Buy I would be afraid to cook food in it. Also I have learned to look at plugs now as well. It is not Best Buy's fault the unit is defective. I think it is the company who manufactured it. Best Buy gets 5 stars, but the defective unit I guess is zero.
