Working Microwave

First, it was supposed to be a NEW UNOPEN BOX however when I got home it APPEARED to be open and missing manual and retaped. The product itself - door DOES NOT open as it should with the button. I would had returned it but I tossed our the box thinking it would open & close properly. Lesson learned. Keep the box! And if it appears to be open don't accept it.
