It does have a light and turn table, which are both features I was looking for. I had the older version that worked well until the open latch stopped working. The newer one has a much improved open latch that's smoother and slightly rotates as you push in (rather than push in straight). So far, so good.

This happened from the get go. We kept it because my father doesn't like to spend a lot of money so for him, it works.

Time will tell on how long it will last or quality will last. Its prolly 20.00 on avg more expensive than same size competitors. I paid 49.00 its prolly 39.00 value in reality.
