This was a budget purchase and served the purpose. Never had an issue with it. Simple to use.

I love all the options of ways to cook or bake. The air fryer is so nice to have. My only complaint are the oven sheet and drip pan does not clean up as one would expect.

I like the microwave. My only complaint is that the plate jerks repeatedly while rotating while on. Otherwise its a pretty good microwave at a great deal. Not sure if thats suppose to happen. I will be inquiring about it.

I still use a counter-top microwave. This microwave is reliable and durable.

I've had this microwave a little bit know, and am very satisfied with it. I use it mainly for reheating purposes, and it does it very well. It's great if you do not have much counter space, but it is a compact microwave, so dont' expect to put a large dish inside of it.

works well, but the door is a huge pain to get open. Something is off with it for sure. You have to push the button and then yank on the door. Will be exchanging.

I live alone so for the things I need to heat up they fit. I’ve never had some spots be cold and some other be extremely hot.

Nice looking. Digital controls are easy and work well. The power is not what I expected, so cooking times are longer than with my previous microwave.

Smaller than I had envisioned! It works great, but it is probably better for 1-2 person home use, opposed to roommate living or a break room/office microwave - I’d get something bigger for that!

I have this a 5 star, because it looks nice out of the box like it would be perfect for my husband who is a truck driver. He drives a brand new 2019 truck, and this is just a 700 watt microwave, but it blows a fuse when he tries to use it. So it will be going back to the store. No fault of the microwave

Good fot heating food. Takes time to heat might be due to its s size and small configuration.

The Insignia Compact Microwave is exactly what it say it is. Compacted. It works great as far as cooking, heating ect. Its way to small for me. Bag of popcorn gets stuck won't rotate around. I gave this microwave 2 stars because the door gets stuck have to pull open from bottom. Had plans to take it back, Boxed it all back up. Went to take it back, realized I was a day to late. So now Im stuck with a microwave I don't have use for. If you like small its for you. Not for me.

No complaints. Works as expected to heat up beverages and make fresh vegetables. Can't comment on how fast it would cook a meal as I don't use it for that. The price is very budget friendly.

Works well. It's nothing fancy, but it does the simple things you would expect at this price range. e.g., reheat coffee, pizza, boil a cup of water, etc.

Overall a good microwave. The power is enough to make quick work of leftovers and boiling water. The only negative is that the open the door mechanism does not always pop the door open and you have to pull in open with your hand. Not convenient when your hands are full.

Bought this brand from a local bestbuy On August 2019 and on August 2021, it's not working anymore unless you unplug and plug back in which is annoying, that's is how they do business , create a microwave who works pass your waranty and then broke , I'll get another brand

I got this as a gift, and they loved it! It works well so far. It’s on the smaller side, but it works perfect in the space it sits at. Hopefully they can get a decent amount of use until they decide to upgrade or it stops working.

It’s lower wattage than what I’m use to but it handles itself wonderfully I even kept it when I moved to a house with new microwave

nice size for small counter area. you can over use it so be careful with running it to long at one time.
