Everything is good except do not except magic since its only .7 cu hence some dishes may take time to warm up. Only complaint: the plastic peels off very quickly at the 30 seconds or start/stop button. Rest is good

This is a small microwave. The special buttons I've used (potato, dinner plate, etc.) cook things to an expected doneness.

It was delivered FREE on Sunday morning before noon! This microwave oven is very quiet and does what I need it to do. BEST BUY'S incredible service has one me over!

I choose the brand Insignia, which is a Bestbuy brand, and has proven to me to be a good brand. In 2012 we purchased a big screen Insignia Plasma Tv. Very limited space so the compact size is what we needed. The power is not as strong so need to warm things up longer, but serves it's purpose
