The nugget ice is great and the machine worked great up until today! 2 and 1/2 weeks old it started making a little noise and then poof quit working. Now, because of Best Buy's shortened return policy I can no longer return it... next step I contact the manufacturer. I usually read and follow the reviews but thought I would try this. Well, lesson learned, rely on the other reviews next time!!!

Had to return bc turntable didn’t work. Great price. Would’ve re-ordered but bc of COVID-19 the next available time to pick up replacement was going to be about a week wait time. Ordered from another big box store. I still prefer to shop at Best Buy.
