It’s easy for her to use, no learning curve and small enough so it doesn’t take up valuable counter space. It takes a little long we to best items than a full size unit but that was to be expected.

It does a great job, it looks nice, and it's intuitive to use. Money well spent!

Door sticks, you have to push the release just right, or the door doesn't open. There's no silent option, no way turn off the beeping. The clock was annoying to set, as the directions were not complete. You have to enter the time in 4 digit format. I already reordered the microwave we had before (GE .7). I figured we would try this one because the one we wanted was not in stock. I will return this one as soon as the other one comes in.

So I knew it was time for an upgrade. And this was a nice size and good price.

Does a great job of cooking or heating and is easy to operate. Highly recommend. I don’t know how I managed without it! Very nicely priced too.

It's pretty small, but it gets the job done. It'll fit a dinner plate inside, that's all that matters. I like the good packaging it came in. Thick cardboard and styrofoam to keep it safe.

Cooks/heats things properly and good categories to choose from. Really like push button door opening. It is small inside so make sure it will fit things you normally use to cook in.
