I read all the reviews, both negatives and the positive ones. It was the only one I could afford back then, so I bought it. This is a great product. I am still using it...even with teenagers at home. I don't have any issues whatsoever, works very well.

It warms food up fast

It works well and will fit a 11 inch plate. The button to open the door does not work for us - have to push the button to release the latch, while simultaneously pulling on the door for it to open. Other than that - it gets the job done.

Nice addition to my KW T680 Sleeper Berth.
