The only issue is the door doesn’t easily open when the button is pressed. Because of price point, we decided not to return/exchange. We just press button and pull bottom of door to help it along. Other than that, works great and was a great price.

With this being a 700w unit, expect to add on about 50%-75% more time than instructed on most products. I bought this because of the size, which is convenient, but it's beyond basic. I don't regret getting it, but I certainly can't recommend it - seeing as my last microwave was 1000w-1100w and was noticeably faster. It's worth about $50-$60, but I'd wait until a sale on a stronger unit, if size isn't a factor for you

I really only use it to reheat or defrost food. It’s compact and doesn’t require much space. Perfect for my needs. Only problem, I can’t seem to set the clock, but that’s not a big deal to me!
