I use this at the office, it is the perfect size. I do not need a big 1000 W microwave. This does fine for heating up lunch food.

This is a good small microwave for a small flat/apartment, college dorm room, or mother in law suite. We purchased this for my mother in law while she's staying with us during the pandemic. It is a lower wattage then our other microwave so she says she has to either microwave for longer or at a higher temperature.

Bought this microwave in August 2020 and with gentle use it stopped working in May 2022 (loud buzzing and burning plastic smell without heating the food). I saw Insignia responded to some previous comments and tried to contact them though the link they provided, but their contact page did not allow me to submit my message and I saw others on this page were also having difficulty connecting with them. Before it broke, it was not very powerful, but sufficient for my needs and met my (low) expectations. The plastic on the buttons are worn/peeling on the numbers I pressed normally, but the express cook and +30sec feature were useful. Along the edges on the inside there is a tiny gap where rust or food particles gather, so it required regular cleaning. I'm just very disappointed in how quickly it stopped working and the difficulty in reaching customer support.

I Purchase this item, for my daughter..It very easy to use. She is a elementary school teacher. and she use it in her classroom, and they love it. This product was a steal too bad I don’t need another one..I will definitely recommend this to a family member or a friend Thanks Best Buy ,Job well done...

Needed a temporary microwave for half a year while the built-in microwave I ordered was backordered. Keep in mind that it's a lower wattage compact microwave so some things will require a little more time to properly heat up. Works really great, especially for the price.

First of all, the experience of shopping at Queens Place was excellent. Fast, courteous checkout and friendly, helpful salesperson. The microwave works great. Easy, right out of box set-up. Just a little tricky to use some settings but overall, nice product!
