Used curbside pickup with no waiting. This is a size smaller than previous but wouldn’t know it if I didn’t know it.

An average microwave

It's a bit small and has an average microwave features. Only downside is that the microwave seemed to have been tossed around and dropped a few times because when I opened the box, it already had dents and a few dings on it. Another thing is that the door does not swing open when pressing the open latch. Probably due to all the dents and damage, causing the door to get jam when pressing the latch. Overall it works though and does what it's intended to be for.

We have used a few of the settings but we primarily use it for reheating and defrosting. It has were excellent for those functions.

He’s a simple man so to be able to just press any number and have it start heating up (he presses 2 and it starts for two minutes) is great.

Only complaints are: 1. the Express Cook pad is only for full minutes, no additional seconds, so I can't hit "130" for a min and 30 sec. -- must use the Time Cook button for that. And 2., the place to press to open the door is too close to the door, so my hand gets hit every time the door springs open.

It works no issues other than the door and door release do not open properly. I have the press the latch release multiple times to open the door or hold it in and manually pull the door open, which is why I took off 1 star.
