This is my first time owning an Insignia microwave and so far I've had it for a month or so and I have no complaints. Actually... My only complaint is it makes my food a little too hot lol!

The only issue I find is that I have to heat it about a minute longer to obtain the same heat consistency as other microwaves I've use.
