At first everything went well, not as strong as our previous microwave, but I knew that prior to purchase. One morning the microwave was showing 5 seconds on the screen, so I cleared it and walked off. A few minutes later the 5 seconds was right back on so I just hit the run button to clear out the time. As soon as I hit the button, sparks started popping from the back right corner (there is a vent or something there). There was NOTHING in the microwave, no old food, no foil, nothing. I tried it again and same thing, sparks popping and smoke. I called BB and they said it was too late to return (I had it for a month) but I could bring it in and they would repair it or exchange it. I did not want the same microwave so we just bought a different brand. I have video but there is no place to post. Beware when using.

However, if you wish to "use" all of its built-in preset features, then you shouldn't have thrown away the manual, and you must read what each does. I would recommend it. Good luck & enjoy a Retro from the 60s :) :) :)
