At first the electrical connection didn't work; had to wiggle the cord / microwave connection to get it to start. Then, at max power (p-10), it does not boil water after 6 minutes. The coffee mug did not even feel warm. It took 8 minutes to heat a frozen burrito that still had small sections of coldness.

My gf said, it's not that bad once you get the hang of it. The thing is, I've never ran into a microwave you have to get the hang of using. You should be able to set a default power level, then just turn the knob and away you go; but you can't. You need to set the power level every time, then twist the knob and hit the play button. Yeah it has play and pause buttons.

Unfortunately the interior is not big enough for a bag of popcorn. My mistake for not reading the dimensions.
