Some of the programs are nor intuitive, but the instruction booklet answers the questions. My only complaint is that my dinner plates do not fit into the unit.

I would highly recommend reading the manual, because the controls aren't immediately obvious. Also, keep in mind that a 700-watt microwave is not very powerful, and your food will take longer to cook.

But, it can be a bit confusing in how to make it do anything besides add :30 I don’t have an issue with it but my roommate can’t make it do what she wants.
