Bought this microwave for my office. It's the perfect size not too small or too big. The stainless steel look makes it look like a more expensive microwave and it heats food very well. It has all the main features with a few extras. The only complaint I have, is that the light inside is not very bright, which makes it difficult to see food while warming. That is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice, apartment/dorm sized microwave. Very quiet operation. The buttons are small and a little hard to accurately press, but they're easy to see. The wattage is great for the .9 cubic foot size. Low volume alarm, but otherwise no complaints.

I selected this microwave on the recommendation of other customers who had bought it, and I’m happy with my purchase. I haven’t had it for very long, but it’s true to all the claims. It operates quietly and smoothly, and heats foods and drinks up fairly quickly—it’s what you would expect from a 900 W microwave. Would recommend this item. There are some that are apparently very loud, such as the Black & Decker microwaves, so I’m glad I serendipitously came across this one (was on the market for one, but wasn’t planning on buying one that day). I bought it while shopping in the store. Just went on the website, using the QR code displayed on the sign for the item description, and purchased it right there. Picked it up an hour or so later. The order was ready promptly, but I didn’t pick it up right away, since I had some other errands to run in that same towne center. Very convenient way to shop…was pleased w/ the experience & would do it again.

Excellent compact microwave. It is quiet running. Has easy to use controls, Has rotating table. Heats item fast. Saves $$$ at this price and works just as well. Needed an 2nd microwave and this on works perfect at a low cost. Looks almost identical to a major company current microwave but with the the Insignia name on the front for less cost.

This microwave has a sleek stainless steel that matches my other appliances, was a great price and just works perfectly. Will definitely continue to shop Bestbuy.

My last microwave stopped working, the metal meshing on the inside became damaged and was sparking, plates were coming out blazing hot/food cold: So, time to look for a new microwave! We went with this model mostly due to the price. The Insignia is amazing, we love it. It looks great, has a “Silent” feature that was easy to set-up, and has a plastic protector for the metal mesh on the inside. Food comes out hot and plates are merely warm. My only qualm so far with this microwave has been that, since it is less wattage, sometimes the food can come out just a bit colder than expected—but as they say, microwaves may vary!

This microwave is everything I needed. It's simple to work and does a great job at heating up things. The stainless finish is nice and is extremely quiet when heating.

So far, so good! I’ve only had this microwave for about a month. It’s the perfect size for my small kitchen area. It’s quiet, user friendly, and accommodates a full size dinner plate easily.

For the price I admit I wasn't expecting much out of this little microwave but so far I have been impressed. It's compact which is great for my limited counter space and it heats food without any issues. I have not had to extend the recommended cooking times on anything. It's easy to use, the display is clear and it heats food nicely. No issues at all with it.

I have no complaints about the performance of this Insignia microwave since I purchased it. Its stainless steel design looks so good on my counter top and looks way more expensive than its actual cost. I also purchased one for a family member for a housewarming gift and they are very satisfied as well. A great appliance at a low cost...truly a Best Buy!!!

It is performing very well. Looks good in the kitchen. Does heat faster than the Toshiba that we had to replace. We do not cook in a microwave and use it for heating and reheating.
