For the cost, it has worked well and we have no problems with its functions. The feet however are a problem. They are made of hard plastic and not well mounted. On our flat countertop, the unit wobbles and there is no way to level the unit. Rubber pads helped, but they fall off easily. Not a big deal but annoying!

Much better if it was 1000 to 1100 watts with hand

Improvements should include a door handle and increase power to minimum of 1000 watts. Most microwave dinners use 1100 or more on instructions for food safety and this should align more with that. I have to add about 25% more time from what I’m seeing so far to cook as needed.
