We purchased this unit as a standby while awaiting the repair of our over-the-stove unit. It has been in service for several weeks, and so far, all is fine.

Idk if it just gave out or what but was very random and unusual.

Inner plate shows visible signs of a fire with ashes. Worked great before then. If thinking of purchasing get the warranty.

The box also came pretty banged up which caused a slight imperfection, only someone as picky as me would notice, which I thought nothing of. That was until I noticed that steam comes out from the top of the microwave where the side and the door are off about a millimeter. Not sure how I feel about it entirely still.
