Works fine. Runs a little loud. Still getting used to the door latch being on the handle (instead of the usual button on the bottom). "Out-of-box" price was a bonus.

I had read complaints about the door specifically the latch and concerns about it but we have had no issues and the door/latch works fine. The unit works great and the sale price an added bonus. I would highly recommend.

Works better than the last one I had and more friendly use

I like my Insignia countertop microwave. It was an answer to a prayer when my built-in microwave went out. It was easy to set up and use. It did take me a little time to learn to push up on the lever to open the door and to set the clock time. It works very well in the cooking process and in warming up meals.

it is small but works great. I bought this for my grandson to use in his apartment. It doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. The price was good also. I would recommend this countertop Microwave for anyone that needs one but doesn't have a lot of counter space.

This was a gift for my mother. She needed an inexpensive microwave that was easy to operate, and this fits the bill. She likes the functions , size and quality. I would recommend this product!

I just moved into a rental home and needed a countertop microwave at a decent price. This is a nice size microwave, and it doesn't take up too much space. Plus, it's fast acting and very easy to use. I will highly recommend purchasing this if you are in the market for a countertop microwave.

Works reasonably well. However, the instruction manual is incorrect, since the unit does NOT come with a turntable ring assembly. I wound up wasting time looking for it, then contacting customer support--who were understandably ignorant about a non-existent part--and exchanging it on the basis of the missing part.

I have COPD and cannot go many places, so do not go “shopping.” When my microwave quit, I checked a number of stores online. Chose Best Buy because of closeness and free next day delivery. Am very pleased with my new microwave. Was also pleased with delivery service.

It fits nicely on our little island and it works how we want it to work. Was a great purchase!

Nice microwave. Just the right size I use it for the basics. One added feature I like is it has a lock handle. When the microwave finishes running at cycle. Most microwaves will beep initially and then not make another sound. This one goes off on a regular basis to let you know there's still something that needs to be picked up. It shuts off when you lift They switch under the top of the handle. Some people find it annoying because you find yourself pulling on the door open it like most microwaves. But I like it. Very good price.

Love it!! Love It! Only thing is missing is the ability to dim the light which was on my old one. Not sure why that feature is not on the new one. If it was it would be perfect. And I love how quiet it is.

The microwave as a simple display and control panel. It has different settings for different foods. The design, price and simplicity make it worth the purchase
