Perfect match to my refrigerator. I looked and looked for a microwave that would match my refrigerator that I had just purchased without breaking the bank. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the button to open and shut the door is hard to push in. Otherwise the specs were all correct and it cools things efficiently.

Well so far it is doing just what made me Pay for it. So it is of service to the family.

Our very old microwave was not behaving so it was time to get a new one. After researching a bunch, I got this one and am VERY happy with it! The "stainless" is sort of grey and the rest is black -- which is what we wanted. Looks elegant on the counter and there's enough room on the top for hot pads and my recipe box. It's easy to clean. Runs pretty quiet compared to our very old one, and works much faster because it's got good power. We like the 30 second cook feature a lot. We also like that you can turn off the clock (though we keep it on). There's plenty of room for a pie plate for derfosting. The door is a bit hard to open but that means it seals well, which is good. Our old one was hard to open, too, and lasted 20 years! I also want to give a shout out to the guy in the Emeryville store who pulled out the ladder and ventured up into inventory to see if the grey/black model was hiding there... and didn't laugh when I realized the one on the floor WAS the grey/black model.

On balance I like this microwave, but the input menu choices are really, really peculiar. There is no numeric keypad and the units of time are all 10 seconds or greater. You can learn workarounds, but I simply don't understand the designers' choices. They're just weird. That being said, the oven is very compact, very good looking, very easy to clean and seems to heat food much more evenly than my old one. So, as with so much in Life, there's good news and bad news. Time will tell about its durability, but so far so good.

Bought this unit to replace a 20 yr old Panasonic convection micro that still heated, but door mechanism broke, and no longer had parts available for repair. 20 yrs old! They don't make 'em like they used to. Even the big boys (Panasonic, Sharp, and LG,) have reliability issues with current models. Anyway, this is a replacement unit for the same model purchased, - with the first, the internal light did not work. This second one works fine. I don't care for the black color, nor do I like the express cook feature (but all modern micros seem to have it), and the door latch requires some force to open (can't open the door with one hand without the unit sliding backward). But it does a good job of its intended purpose. I use it 3-5 times a day to boil water, re-heat coffee and leftovers, and also to cook food. About $40 cheaper (on sale) than comparable Panasonic units. Quieter than the Panasonic it replaced.

Very clean design and easy to use. Perfect size, excellent price. functions and display are laid out nicely.

Great size, sleek design (looks even better in person), heats evenly, and plenty of heating options. After shopping around and seeing the bottom of the barrel (brand AND size) prices began at fifty plus dollars...I decided to spend thirty more and purchase quality. I don’t regret this decision!

It is just a mid-size microwave, but it's perfect for us. It is easy to use and the brushed black stainless steel fits in with everything. My only issue is with the push-button to open the door. I was used to a handle built in the door.

Hit that buy button and never eat cold food again. Turn your left over tomato soup into a piping hot bowl of lava! Don’t be a wimp Karen. Chug that hot soup down like your life depends on it and get on with your work week. This product has been so good to me I give my new microwave a kiss on the old light every night before bed! I’ve also disowned my kitchen stove since this purchase. It sleeps in the garage now.

I like the one-button time starts. Very convenient. great 1100 watt microwave. Loses a star cuz its kinda loud when running but a minor complaint.

So far so good but a little noisy and the door is a bit hard to open. However the power seems more than adequate and the price was right

Microwave heats up food very quickly. Like the color. Cleans easily. Good price value.

Compared to higher priced microwaves, it is great for its value. Buttons are touch sensitive, splits and splatters are easy to clean, and is a high enough wattage to cook/reheat bigger meals.

Works great! Just slightly louder than my previous model but not crazy loud. Works very well and everything fits inside it !

Has variety of features, including light that comes on when door is open and when cooking. You can even mute the bell. 1000 watts is fine for my use. Only small issue is door latch is a little hard to push.
