I tried calling for a replacement/exchange and was redirected to call the manufacturer. I tried making contact with the manufacturer and kept having long wait times. So I decided it'd be best to simply purchase a new microwave - a different brand.

It worked fine for 3 months and then stopped working out of the blue. When I press start the microwave turns off and blows a fuse. I spoke to a Best Buy care representative and they said the microwave could be replaced, opened a case number, and told be to call Geek Squad to get the process continued. Geek Squad had no record of my case and continuously redirected me to the Insignia department (as this is a Best Buy brand). The Insignia department has repeatedly disconnected my call saying nobody is available to take the call (during normal operating hours). I have no microwave and have spent a significant amount of time dealing with this issue. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and purchasing a microwave elsewhere.
