Very loud noise level

Once you turn it on there the noise level is normal and within 10-15 seconds the noise level goes up to very annoying level. it happens intermitently every 15 second. I have owned other brands, never had noise issue. The spring of the door opens it with strong force.

We bought it, it was fine then all a sudden it's like the middle piece doesn't fit the glass properly and it makes a super loud noise (the noise it makes is when the glass is off track) I had to take the piece out and it no longer does it..but wow 16 days later and it does this? Couldnt exchange it because it was 16 days later not 15. Definitely not happy but it gets the job done.
