Broke in 3 months & unable to get replacement

It worked fine for 3 months and then stopped working out of the blue. When I press start the microwave turns off and blows a fuse. I spoke to a Best Buy care representative and they said the microwave could be replaced, opened a case number, and told be to call Geek Squad to get the process continued. Geek Squad had no record of my case and continuously redirected me to the Insignia department (as this is a Best Buy brand). The Insignia department has repeatedly disconnected my call saying nobody is available to take the call (during normal operating hours). I have no microwave and have spent a significant amount of time dealing with this issue. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and purchasing a microwave elsewhere.

Very clunky sounding. BestBuy let me know when I spoke to them the other day that it is now out of warranty, I let them know that it has slowly progressed in the noise for the past few months, so it looks like I am now out of luck on replacement.
