First time working with a 1000 watt. Love it! Makes my food nice and hot and is simple to use.

Good product its a lot less noisey then my old one. .... heats evenly

This microwave does everything I need it to do, does it well, quietly, with the press of usually only one button. I like the clock and the timer. I find everything easy to use without even reading the manual. I've been without a microwave for over 3 years and finally gave in, saw this 1000 w. at such a good price I couldn't resist purchasing it, and it arrived the next day.

This microwave offers everything I need, from a nice size and price to high power for the size and an energy-saving option to turn the time light off when it's not in use. I've had it for several months now and have no complaints.

Annoying/safety issue: Express cook feature starts microwave without pressing start button. I have and recommend an extra power switch at the outlet you plug the unit into. This feature is far from convenient as it means you have to make an extra press of the time button each time you want to enter the cooking time. Holding down the "8" key to turn off the buzzer is very annoying. As everyone knows this style of button is not terribly reliable. One ends up pushing hard for many seconds not knowing whether the button is pressed or not. It doesn't save the change in permanent memory and has to be turned off every time the unit is powered up. Except for those 2 "features" the microwave works well. It is quieter than the one I replaced. I haven't used the fancy timing options.

Having this microwave for a few month. It works pretty well. It heats up really quickly I rarely used 2 minutes and above. I like the feature that it can be muted. Good microwave over all.

For on the counter microwave it cant be beat. Medium size with all the features i need

I needed a new microwave but did not want another gargantuan size one taking up counter space. This is compact but still holds my 10+ inch square dinner plates.

Kinda loud but it cooks good as of none only had it a week. Its on sale now 10 cheaper smh..

Great product, large enough, works well, easy instructions

I have had this microwave for 2 years, 3 months. About a month ago it started doing strange things like turning itself on, putting its own timer on, not heating things well. Is it only supposed to last 2 years? It is weird when, if the microwave is not unplugged it will randomly turn itself on. My son and I started to refer to it as possessed or haunted.

Parents love this microwave and use it more than the stove.

It’s a good microwave overall. 4 stars bc One thing I don’t like is the plastic over the start cancel button is peeling. Otherwise it warms food good. Cooks tv dinners good. Cooks popcorn good. It’s a shiny pretty black and we like it. GREAT BUY AT BEST BUY FOR SURE!

I have a specific sized space to fit my microwave.. this was perfect size and works well!!

Nice and compact. Leaves plenty of countertop space. Not too loud. Easy to program.

Good small appliance. Fits needs for a small area. Heats well.
