Heats food evenly and quickly. Good quality and easy to use.

I want a microwave that stops beeping when you open the door. Only way to do this is press stop before opening. When in use, is Noiser than previous microwave . Sometimes turntable makes a noise but not always. Cooks and otherwise works well for budget microwave.

Awesome ramen cooker, accidently put a fork in it onetime STILL GOING STRONG, cooks awesome food (love how it has a silent setting)

It looks good and is just like my old one in size and power. The noise from it is what you'd expect from a microwave, nothing that will wake anyone up. Arrived in a timely manner and is a good product. Bravo on the one number touch timing. I bought this during the extended black friday hoopla so a wonderful price I scooped it up for. I purchased this microwave at an excellent sale price. Several days later, the price was reduced $10. I contacted Best Buy and was immediately given a refund. Excellent service, delightful staff! The microwave performs beautifully. Loaded with features not expected in this price range, this unit is a bargain and worth more than the price I paid!

I was so excited when I finally found a microwave over 900 watts for under $50. Just arrived today and this thing is LOUD!!! Like to the point that I thought something was wrong with it. I've never heard a microwave this loud before! I will say it heated my food up very quickly. It's a nice size and looks well made. I really do want to keep it, but I know I wouldn't use it because of the sound. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning this and buying a better one.

Got this for my apartment kitchen as it didn't have one provided when i moved in, seems to work well, no issues, am able to cook most things to the instructions for 1000w microwaves. Would buy again.

Bought for office and it’s the perfect size!! Heats up quick!!

In February 2020, eplaced a Sharp Carousel 1.2 cu. ft., 1100 watt microwave that was 19 years old with the Insignia 1.1 cu. ft., 1000 watt. The Sharp worked fine except the light bulb burned out and thought after 19 years I was due for a new one! The size is perfect! Interior is smaller than the old one and that is what I wanted. Definitely has enough power for what hubby and I use it for, reheating dinner plates, cooking frozen convenience foods, baking potatoes, thawing bread slices and meats, boiling water. Very pleased with this Insignia thduct. Runs alot quieter than the old Sharp! Only negative is the open door "button' is very stiff and hard to open. Would push microwave to the wall trying to open. Put rubber shelf liner under feet but would still move when trying to open, so put a block of wood between the wall and the microwave! No problem opening door now! Highly recommend this Insignia microwave!!
