Using this product three weeks from the first day of purchase many times a day. So far it is working well. Easy and convenient to operate. A little bit noisy, but has strong power to midsize the microwave. I bought it on sale and like this product.

This microwave is loud! Operates fast and efficiently, but loder than other microwaves I have previously owned. Lightweight, easy to operate

Purchased this Insignia microwave as a temporary appliance while the kitchen was undergoing some upgrades. Very impressed with this inexpensive tabletop microwave performance.

I read the reviews before I bought the product. I am unsure what people expect from a microwave other than microwaving. The push button door is the same type as on my other microwaves and the power and uniformity are consistent with all the previous microwaves I owned. I made the mistake of buying a lower powered microwave and replaced it with this one. I would have paid $10 more for a stainless steel one. But I can live with a black microwave as long as it works.

This microwave is working ... so far. I did not appreciate the previous microwave, identical make and model, doing defective during the extended warranty period. The store made me repurchase the unit while they sent my original out for repairs only to be told that it was defective and could not be repaired. Then I had to return to return to the store to get a refund on the replacement. I completely lost out on the remaining days left on the extended warranty and had to repurchase the entire plan. The product is okay, the store is a hastle.

I have no complaints about the functioning of this microwave. I am very satisfied with everything about it EXCEPT it is a bit noisy compared to other microwaves I have had. I have become accustomed to the sound and it doesn't bother me anymore. Considering the good deal I got on this item, I can live with the sound.

I gave a 4 star rating for this item. Reason is, I have only use item for a short period of time, however I am very satisfied with it so far. It is fairly quiet and easy to use.

As I've learned with the Insignia brand, you have to lower your product expectations. The microwave works, and heats food decently. The bad part is that the metal housing is thin. This causes it to make a louder hum while running. When I run it for minutes at a time, and it heats up a bit, it makes loud and annoying vibrating, rattling sound. I got it on sale for $90, nearly a year ago, and wouldn't pay more than that. Waiting for it to go out, so I can buy a better quality microwave of a different brand.

Best microwave for the price. Did its job in my old apartment. Now my coworkers love me for bringing it into the office. I really did a deep internet search for black 1000 watt microwaves and this is the best value I found. Also yhey hold true to the 1 year warranty fyi!

This item has been a Great product to my family. The microwave is convenient for everyday use with small meals and also snacks. We love the color, power wattage and especially the Cu ft. And the price was in our budget. Best Buy is a Great place to trust for product and price. Thanks Best Buy.

Was a surprise early Christmas gift for friend/ family. They loved it! And thats all that matters! The loud buzzing some people are talking about was not heard with this one. Might be something with a non level surface or something on top, under or round contributing to noise.

Works very well the reason I gave it four stars is because it is just a little loud when running, but a very good price and value

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my kids. The size was perfect for their small apartment. No issues with ordering, delivery or use.

Works GREAT, my old microwave died and had to get a new one. I absolutely love the higher wattage and many more settings than I had before. Would say it is a great value for a good improvement over the old one. Was very shock at the price...best value I ever had
