I am very satisfied with everything about it EXCEPT it is a bit noisy compared to other microwaves I have had. I have become accustomed to the sound and it doesn't bother me anymore. Considering the good deal I got on this item, I can live with the sound.

The loud buzzing some people are talking about was not heard with this one. Might be something with a non level surface or something on top, under or round contributing to noise.

Plus it's the same dimensions and wattage as the 10 year old Hamilton Beach model. Couldn't beat the sale price 69.99! Excellent.

Now my coworkers love me for bringing it into the office. I really did a deep internet search for black 1000 watt microwaves and this is the best value I found. Also yhey hold true to the 1 year warranty fyi!

I absolutely love the higher wattage and many more settings than I had before. Would say it is a great value for a good improvement over the old one. Was very shock at the price...best value I ever had

It's nothing fancy, but everything works well. If you need a fancy microwave, it's not that, but it heats stuff up and has all of the standard features and buttons.
