Among other features that I appreciate is the defrost function. It has 2 ways -- by weight and by time. It works as efficient as high-priced models. For the price and features, this is definitely a great buy. Highly recommended item and should definitely be considered when choosing a new or replacement unit.

Quick and Efficient

It's loud when operating. It does what a microwave is supposed to do but I would advise spending a little more on a quieter device. Unfortunately I was unable to test it in store due to Covid-19. I ordered online and had no desire to experience the hassle of a returning it.
