Among other features that I appreciate is the defrost function. It has 2 ways -- by weight and by time. It works as efficient as high-priced models. For the price and features, this is definitely a great buy. Highly recommended item and should definitely be considered when choosing a new or replacement unit.

Like just touch the number 3 for 3 minutes or an actual button to add 30 secs. It's great fun to use!!
