My GE microwave was dead after only 4 years. Have to find a replacement. This is a decent one with reasonable price.

Very good product and very quiet when in use and the cost of the product was inexpensive.

At first I said I wasn’t going to buy a microwave, but quickly realized that I need one. Insignia is the Best Buy brand, and I picked this up for a great price.

Does a good job heating anything I throw at it. Honestly another good bang for your buck. Insignia brand doesn't get enough credit, this is a quality product in my opinion.

Excellent little 1000W countertop microwave! Quick 1, 2, 3, ... minute timers as well as a 30-second add. Big enough to hold a bag of popcorn but still very compact.

Works as should. No problems with it took it out of the box and set up was very easy. Love it

Purchased this microwave on Oct. 2021. It is a good size. I was able to thaw out larger packs of meat. However, it is now March 2023 and the microwave is turning itself on. This is a dangerous situation as it can potentially cause a fire. I unplugged it and am now having to purchase a different one. This is the first time I have had an issue with an Insignia brand product.

This is the best value for money microwave with all the basic functions for a household. Delivery was free & same day. Well done Best buy !!

wonderful price for the size and quality. I buy these for homeless Veterans moving into their own places so I am working with a limited budget and this is well within my price range

This device is very noisy. It's loud opening and very loud closing. It's loud when operating. It does what a microwave is supposed to do but I would advise spending a little more on a quieter device. Unfortunately I was unable to test it in store due to Covid-19. I ordered online and had no desire to experience the hassle of a returning it.

This microwave is a huge improvement from my last one. It's bigger than what I expected but turned out to be exactly what I needed. 8t heats food wonderfully, and has a nice sleek design.

Heat all the foods quickly and its very roomy. Easy to clean and maintain.

30 seconds in, you gone burn your mouth on your food… price is worth it due to no long waits to warm something up

Purchased this unit for our shop. Seems like this unit is standing up to the lunch time abuse quiet well. Seems to heat food quite quickly and functions perfectly.
