There were some reports that it was loud when operating but I've not noticed anything like that. I like the preprogramed buttons but they are probably like some many others that have the same thing. Why not 5 stars?.... Well I just haven't had it long enough to tell if it work this well in a year or two... Ask me then and I may make it a 5 star review but you got to earn it....

It is much more powerful than our old one, so opporating times are not known. The control buttons are also different but we'll get it soon.
