Unfortunately the first time I hooked it up to use it, the lights flashed once and it died. Glad I bought the warranty. I have no doubt Best Buy will honor it. I look forward to using it in the future,

I bought this to replace a very dead microwave. It for me is easy to use. It has lots of power, I haven't had any problems trying to warm or cook what I want so long as it fits. The microwave is very sturdy and doesn't look or feel cheap or cheaply made.
