I actually love best buy and see it as one of my favorite places to shop. I say all that to say this is the single worst product ive ever purchased from best buy. Long story short, just as many others have stated in their reviews, i walked into my kitchen to find my microwave has turned on all by itself. The key pad would not work, in fact nothing would work to stop the microwave aside from unplugging it from power. Even when it was removed from power, it would immediately turn itself back on and lock out the keypad with no hope of stopping it from running indefinitely without unplugging it from power again. Thank god i was at home when this whole incident occurred and i cant help but think what may have happened if it had happened while i was away. It could have ran for hours on end and become a serious fire hazard. I could have potentially lost everything i own due to a poorly made microwave. Needless to say this thing is out of my home and is being replaced with a much more expensive yet far more safe and reliable model. The peace of mind is worth it to me. Please, if your are considering an inexpensive microwave look elsewhere. I have other insignia products and have had almost no issues, so i dont want to blame the entire brand or steer you from any of their other products, but this specific microwave should be avoided
