I have several insignia dehumidifiers and other products and love those,i wasvexpecting same quality from this microwave. I gues not.i don't know why it constantly beeps while cooking. I wouldn't trust insignia again because of this microwave. Its a shame i should have gotten an extended warranty. I wish i could just exchange it .i wouldn't mind trying another. Maybe this one was lemon?

Things that took 3 minutes with my old microwave seem to finish in just over 1 minute with this model. This is a larger capity than my previous model and Im enjoying the use almost daily.

So far, it has worked well. You have to push the "open" button fairly hard; other than that, no issues so far.

I mostly use it for popcorn( has a popcorn button) and side dishes and it works great, I actually have to put it on a lower power setting than my last microwave because it cooks so fast.

It is a bit bigger than anticipated. It fits under the cabinet, but the depth is about 2 inches too much. The power is little less than expected.

Our old one had warmed up leftovers etc. faithfully but stared to not work like it should. We hope this one lasts that long. Time will tell.
