Works great for the item I needed to connect. I had a serial handheld barcode reader which I wanted to connect to a PC. Connected easily and driver loaded automatically.

The USB to Serial connection worked really well as long as you know how to change the port in Device manager to match what peripheral and software requires you to use. Very simple in nature without bulky software needs.

purchased this cable to access an entry system EL2000ss using older software that requires a serial cable, follow the included instructions to install Windows 10 drivers and it worked good

It works as intended. I think that is all that needs to be said about this cable. If you need it. You know what it does and it does that well.

I had an older USB to RS232, but the drivers didn't work with WIndows10. This new product downloaded drivers automatically and connected with no problems!

Great Cord! Used it to bypass a bad connection on a Survey Instrument and it worked great!

Its a basic cable, nothing special here. Worked just fine on the first attempt to connect to a network switch. Seems durable and didn't have any dropouts.

Needed this for work. Was able to properly configure that tls and get home early because of using this cable instead of going the other route.

Does exactly what it says it does and it is qindows 11 64bit compliant

We needed a few serial ports to connect to legacy devices on our Win 10 computers. This device is plug and play - quick install and no problems at all.

I'm rather fond of an older model trackball that I've used for years, which is made in a style that isn't sold anymore. (A large, vertically mounted ball made by Kensington with 2 large buttons on either side of a square base.) Unfortunately this thing is so dated that it's input cable uses a serial connector. Finding a serial to USB connector truly made me happy. I don't have to put up with using a mouse or a newer model trackball mounted horizontally. Best of all, it meant I didn't have to discard a perfectly good peripheral.

All I needed this cable for was for programming some solar devices an it worked great.
