I don’t know who’s burning popcorn in our office now but obviously the microwave is doing it’s job. I blame the person though of course, works great!

Bought this to replace an old microwave that finally bit the dust. I was directed towards this purchase by an associate as I told him that I was looking for at least a 1.5 Cu Ft with 1100 watts. I know that insignia is re-branded through other manufacturers so I went ahead and gave it a shot, i could not have been more disappointed. When I brought it home and plugged it in and noticed a low electrical noise coming from the front of the unit (like the noise of an old CRT tv that was left on) unplugged the microwave (it went away) and tried another outlet to the same results and when I open the door the noise gets louder. Operation of the microwave does not appear to be hindered by this annoyance as it does cook food appropriately with cook times equal to the 1100 watt microwave it replaced, but every time I am in the kitchen I hear the noise and it irritates me. I am intrigued on how long this microwave will last, the one it replaced lasted 16 years, only time will tell.

Replaced a 20 year old Sharp that was still operational. Bought this one for the inverter feature. Does good on reheat and soups. Only gripe is the while the inside is easy to clean the stainless outside attracts fingerprints.

This is the first time I purchased this brand and I'm glad I did this microwave is excellent in heating my meals but the best part is cleaning it you can't go wrong with this purchase. I love my Insignia microwave.

My new microwave is great. It is one of the most powerful on the market. The polished chrome is stylish and easy to clean. The turntable helps food to cook evenly.It works great and looks great!

I looked high and low before finding this microwave with 1250 watts power and very spacious at1.6 cu feet. I like the interior light stays on with door open or closed while in operating modes.

This is a well build microwave and has outperformed what I had expected from a store brand model. It is very quiet to operate and has every quick setting that we typically would use.

This microwave is very powerful, heats much quicker than my old one and is very stylish. used to take 2 min for pop corn now 1.5 min.

Purchased at half price during one of the online deals of the day so I didn't see how big it was prior to buying. Going from .9 cu to 1.6 cu didn't seem like a big deal on paper but it does make a difference in counter space so I wouldn't recommend this if you have limited space. I've only had it a month but it seems to have plenty of power and a good design.

Good basic microwave. The instruction manual is not very good as all functions are not described. But, for the price it does a good job.

This microwave is lighter than most microwaves. The inside is very large and roomy. You can put a large plate inside. the food cooks evenly.

Most quiet microwave I’ve ever had. Had to reduce time to warm coffee since this is more powerful.

3rd times a charm. After going through 2 name brand microwaves in less than a month, the Insignia unit seems to stand up for 2/3 the price.

We took back the insignia below this level it started to smoke but we are really pleased with this one. ReHeats up food fast!
