Got this at a great price as a Christmas gift for my Mom.

This is a basic model which does the job. It does take a bit longer to heat stuff company to my previous GE one, but nothing to complain. I was a bit dissatisfied with the suction fan, felt it could have been a bit more powerful (specially if you do heavy cooking).

This was a good microwave for 1 year, but today it became a health hazard. Now whenever the door opens the microwave turns on and remains on until the door is closed. I tried putting a glass of water inside and the water became warm after a minute. So not only is the light on and the turntable turning but microwave are being generated. This is not a safe situation.

Was great forvthe first 6 months and then started sparking.

Worked great for first 22 months. However, controls now operate erratically. We will now have to buy a new microwave. We will be looking to purchase a brand that is built to last.

Bought this in Dec 30,2017 and it stopped working May 23,2019. Came up with the message E6. Had to buy a new one today. UGH!!!

More of a cooking oven then heating for stuff not a quick heat oven

Bought this in July. Today it started making a clicking noise and stopped heating. Need to get rid of it and buy another one.

We just replaced a 3 year old Whirlpool microwave (which was the worst microwave I’ve ever had). I had a super hard time trying to find a new microwave for my family of 6. I was looking at the big microwaves with all the bells and whistles. And then I realized that I don’t need all the extras. I have been researching microwaves for months and all of them, no matter the brand, have had good reviews and HORRIBLE reviews at the same time. I happened upon this microwave during the 4th of July sale. Shipping was quick and easy. No one really had anything bad to say about this microwave. The microwave works great and I love that it is easy to use without extra accessories I’m not even gonna use. I also love that the inside is dark grey. Our last one was white inside and looked dirty even when I scrubbed it clean. I am extremely happy with our purchase.

I got this back in 2018 and it’s 2023! It finally gave up, sadly not sure how. I will be getting another one, it’s one of the best microwaves we’ve had. Heats up food way faster than any other microwave I’ve used. It’s also very spacious!! I absolutely loved this microwave, sad to see it go.

I had to replace a 17 year old Sharp microwave. This one looked powerful and got good reviews, so I ordered one. It really works well, Heats everything perfectly, and is very quiet. Also very nice looking.
