I like this microwave because it heats really well. My main complaints are the continuous beep once the time has ended and the door which feels a bit flimsy.

I had been looking for an "Over the Range Microwave" replacement for over a year and found this one at a great price. Not that difficult to install if you're slightly handy. The power is adequate and the oven volume is ample for a single family kitchen. I feel good about this purchase.

When my old microwave quit, it was hard to find another white microwave to match my other white appliances. All I saw available were either stainless or black exteriors. Best Buy's Insignia microwave was just what I needed that fit perfectly over my stove. It's modern looking & does everything for my cooking needs. Two negatives: time numbers show in bright blue against black & is hard on eyes to see. Also the ready alarm is very loud & won't stop until you press the stop button. Great microwave for the money!

Sleek design looks comparable to higher end brands. Love the ease of use for our kids.

Bought this to replace a faulty over the range microwave. The price was great and it looks nice.

I didn’t expect much from a low cost microwave other than working. It heats like I expected it to. At a little over 16” height, It doesn’t drop too low. That was my main concern with the space above my oven. I like the look of it and guests have let me know it looks good without being asked or knowing I replaced my old microwave. I don’t do anything fancy in a microwave so can’t comment beyond liking the way it heats, the soft chime, nice vent, working timer. Haven’t tried anything else.

The microwave is very easy to use and heats evenly.

I have purchase several Insignia products and have been happy with all so far. I like the look and features on this unit. The price made it an easy decision .

I do not like the door , i prefer maybe a button to press to open rather then prying the door open with your fingers

The sales experience in-store and the sales person working with us was fantastic! We would not hesitate to go back to Best Buy after this experience! There was no pressure to buy and there was no pressure to upgrade or downgrade. We felt we were treated with respect and honesty and we're not pushed in any One Direction. Was a very positive experience! We settled on the store brand Insignia, understanding maybe it was made by LG. Not sure. We also settled on this particular model because the display panel was at the bottom of the microwave making it easier to read and reach. The microwave itself is a little bit clean looking with a large panel where the keypad normally goes on a microwave. The door is a little heavy and a little awkward to operate but it works fine. For the money we spent we got what we needed.
