    I bought this to replace and over stove microwave that lasted over 20 years and it has worked out perfectly. I have not mounted it yet because the holes to top mount this unit are different than my last one. I am currently using it as a counter top microwave until I can get some one to mount it for me. So far, so good

    I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT THE LED LIGHTS ARE GREAT, THE EXHAUST FAN IS QUIET, IT COOKS RICE AND POPCORN PERFECT. BEST MICROWAVE I HAVE EVER OWNED.I HAVE INSTALLED IT AND USED IT FOR THREE WEEKS SO FAR NO COMPLAINTS.

    Bought on a Black Friday sale. Great price for the Microwave replacing our old worn out OTR unit. Nice modern look with bright LED lighting, good exhaust fan. Nice features.

    Needed a replacement over the range microwave and had concerns about the "newer", larger units fitting in the same space. Geek Squad had no trouble installing it and the unit looks very nice. It also works perfectly. Thanks Best Buy for your Insignia brand.

    good product but the glass front plate can scratch easily. Opening the front door is awkward since its design is not the standard handle type.

    I replaced my LG with this microwave four month ago and so far didn't have any problems. It works exactly as expected. Previous one had more features but we haven't used half of them.
