door latch broke

Door latch breaks

The latching system relies on a tiny piece of plasticnand spring. Our 5th wheel came with this microwave in it but it broke just outside of the 1 yr warranty. The door no longer latched due to this tiny plastic part inside. The part was unavailable when we called insignia help line. So we went into best buy and bought the exact same microwave so that swapping would be easy. Now we are 9 months later and the same thing happened. Part replacement not availabile. Thank goodness this time we are with in manufacture warranty. So we bout a whirlpool microwave with an entirely diffrent door system.
