Now the blower is bad, the bottom screw in the handle came out due to a crack inside the frame. Total tech came out and informed me that most replacement pieces aren’t available to order. Bottom line it can’t be fixed. Why sell a product with no replacement parts available? Love Insignia products but very disappointed in this microwave.

IT TOOK OVER A MONTH, ABOUT 4 STORE VISITS, AND OVER 8 HOURS OF PHONE TIME WITH BEST BUY TO GET A REPLACEMENT. IN EVERY CONVERSATION THEY WANT TO SELL THE PROTECTION PLAN. IT ALMOST LIKE THEY ARE TELLING YOU THAT "PROTECTION PLAN IS BETTER THAN PRODUCT THEY SELLING".

Not worth buying

Sorry to say I will not buy from best buy again
