I took the microwave unopened, sealed as it arrived on the 14th day of purchase to the Leesburg Pike store to return it. The staff were rude, refused to accept the return as they said the policy says 14 days and it has lapsed. First they said it is 14 days from date of ordering. Then I reminded them that your policy is 14 days from the date of pick up, they then said yes but they cannot take it back. They were trying to sell me membership instead. Will never buy anything from Best Buy anymore, though I have been a loyal customer so far!!!!
