Easy to install, looks great and has a lot of functions I was looking for in a microwave. It's a replacement for our microwave in our RV. The measurements are exactly the same as our old Furrion RV microwave.

Looked nice and worked fine. Within 18 months, with only infrequent usage, microwave door developed a small crack. Unrelatedly, the door handle came off. It turns out it had been glued on. Poor construction. Poor value. Since it came with a one year warranty and it's been 18 months, I'm out of luck. Would absolutely not buy again.

Helpful staff and installation scheduled was scheduled Wednesday but they called if they can do Monday which absolutely acceptable. Thank you Best Buy!

Best Buy sold a wonderful open box microwave. It got a shelf and put it on it.

Purchased along with Samsung refrigerator and electric stove. Amazing quality and value. Purchased to replace appliances in my investment property! Really adds value.

Only lasted 2 years before the handle broke off. I have never had any appliance break that soon. The GE microwave prior to this one lasted over 9 years before needing to be replaced. The cliche holds true - you get what you pay for.

I am on 2 of these and they stop working. The panel stops twice now in less than 6 months. Tried calling for repair and still cant get them on the phone for a repair order.

Microwave works great and has a lot of different cooking functions. Installation was easy and straight forward and can be done by 1 person. The only issue that occurred was that one of the self adjusting nuts on the top managed to get loose and actually fall in the casing. It seems that the metal around the self adjusting nuts should have been from a slightly higher quality.

better than what I was expecting. CONS: doesn't have a sound or beep to notify you when the time is up. OVERALL pretty good for the price

I think the delivery and install was great. Fast delivery. But after using the microwave, I am not a fan of the fan turning on while in use. It is extremely loud. It does look nice but I do not like the noise. We don't use it too much so it's pretty much for show. Other than that, decent microwave for the price.

Easy to use, great looking. I do not love that the fan automatically runs every time you use it, it can be a little loud. Overall a great machine for the price.

Its a decent microwave but doesnt have express cooking time, so you actually have to press 1-0-0 instead of just 1. The keypad film is already wearing off with less than a month use. Doesnt seem like its a big deal but it gets annoying on daily use. It does have lots of room and seems to cook food evenly.

Finally replaced my vent with a microwave, yaaayyy!! I like it, it looks good. I trust this brand...just getting used to pressing the "buttons" so they activate the first time. The "buttons" aren't as sensitive as my previous counter top mode. Fan seems loud - getting used to it.

Everything I wanted in a microwave. Easy to install and looks great. My wife enjoys using the microwave instead of the oven. My college sonv can not live without it. This product has made my cooking a lot easier. Thank you for allowing me to comment on this excellent microwave.
