I had for 7 years another brand and I LOVED IT. Forced to buy a new one and a different brand, since that one was discontinued I decided after some research on this Insignia. I will list everything I don't like about this machine. 1. Is wider by 1 inch and the washing capacity listed at 1.6 C FT is smaller, can you believe it? 2. It takes way less water, one load the largest is smaller than previous machine and my washing time longer. 12 inch inside is not filled with water, I wanted to add manually but it won't work and I had to let the water out 3. It has one hose for hot water one for cold water, I have to watch when it rinses since it won't take hot water, it will stop working. 4. It doesn't wash the clothes as well as previous machine, they don't come as clean, I am using the same (the best german) detergent. For me, the test is the kitchen towels. 5. The drain hose is fixed, when is done washing I have to play with that drain hose up and down in order to get all the water out, since I don't want to store it in the closet with water in it. If you live in a building apartment and use a closet to store it, like I do, 1 inch means a lot. I also have to be very careful since being one inch wider makes a huge difference where I am storing it, with the fixed drain hose attached is actually 2 inch wider. It looks well build, for this I gave it 2 stars but has some very important shortcomings , in my opinion, it doesn't make it better as function just better looking. Sadly I didn't pay attention at return details as being only 15 days and I am stock with this failure of a portable washer. I read 30 days, but is for different products, major appliances is only 15 days, remember. If you never had a portable machine or a better one to relate too, this might work. Remember you need 23 inch wide storage space, add one inch at least for the fixed drain hose.

Bought my grandson his first washing machine for his first apartment..this was perfect.he loves it..great product..works just like a large machine..it was definitely worth the money..

The washer works great! I’m very happy with my purchase, and I have no complaints with it thus far. It showed up on time as well. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a new washer at a relevantly cheap price.

controls are not flexible enough. performance is good so far. there should be more options for drain hookup. I had to rig a working substitution.

I needed a washer after my old one stopped working. I did not want to spend a lot of money and this washer was the best purchase I have ever made. It is small but it works for me. Eco/Normal mode only takes 15 minutes and the chime to say it is done is wonderful. Cannot say enough about this washer.

It takes so much time to do laundry that’s a fact nobody likes to deal with. Having it set up to the kitchen sink cuts the laundry task in half! Love the fact it has hot and cold inlet valves so in the future if my full size machine breaks I have a backup. The spin cycle is quiet not like a full size machine. Hopefully it will last!

Due to the COVID 19 my sister was not able to go out and do laundry in NYC. Best Buy deliver this quickly to her. Washer works well and is compact enough that she could fit it in her small apartment.

My wife absolutely loves this thing. We still have to use the community dryer in our complex, but it's so great to have at least the wash done from the comfort of our apt. Best money ever spent!

This has been one of our favorite purchases since we moved into my apartment. We do not have a car and had no easy way of getting to a laundry Matt so this was great to add to our place!

very practical, uses small space, inside it can fit more than to two complete sets of sheets and more, has a good size and function

just bought this great portable washer and it works great, i use it to wash rugs i use to clean the house and also my baby's underwear. that way i dont have to use my main washer.

Thus far, excellent small size washer for individual use, small quick washing loads and as a backup to a full size washer.

Connects easily to my kitchen sink and does a good job at cleaning what needs to be cleaned. It’s just as good as a regular washing machine, just smaller than normal.

The washing machine is of great quality, it runs well and is very quiet.

So happy with it. Easy to use and store. Just buy a base with wheels so it’s much easier to move from storage area to the sink.

I bought it for a small apartment we manage for an owner. Th place to put it was very tight ... so it work out well.

Great washer for the price. Purchased to wash other things like the dogs blankets, beds, toys, and some smaller rugs around the house.
