Will not freeze ok if your looking for a cooler got another one it's great from Best Buy

Using this little one in my office, cools great and is very very quiet. Very clean and simple design perfect for what it is, a snack / drink fridge. Holds more that enough for a weeks' worth of daily quick drinks or on the run snacks. Love the fact that it does not have a freezer, no worries about ice build up and the eventual thaw session. Door holds four drinks as well. Have been using for a bit over a month and love it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a small fridge for an office or dorm even for holding milk in a nursery. CANNOT GO WRONG with this one, really worth more than what I paid for it at Best Buy.

I was looking on Amazon for a mini fridge for my shed. One of the reviews on a fridge I was looking at said I'd be better off buying an Insignia fridge from Best Buy, so that's what I did. I bought this 1.7 cubic foot mini fridge from my local Best Buy for cheap, and I'm beyond impressed with it. I ran it for 24 hours at the recommended initial setting of 4. When I checked it the next day, it was rockin' 32° on a hot Florida afternoon, in a shed with the AC turned off. So, stop looking and just buy it. You'll love it. Oh, and it's quiet, too.

This is perfect for my work office, small enough to not be intrusive and large enough for my personal needs. It’s got a normal fridge sound, certainly not loud at all and my items are perfectly at temp. I don’t know if the freezer part would work sufficiently but I don’t have a need for that. This would be perfect for any small space!

This mini fridge seems to be a modern update of the 15 year old unit that it's replacing. The size and layout are nearly identical to the older one, though the brand name is different. The biggest benefit for me is that there is no freezer section in this one. I never use the freezer section, so this means additional cubic feet available for the items that I want to keep inside. I've been using this fridge for a few weeks and I find that it is far quieter than any others I've used before. It's worth a try.

i would have given this a 1 star if it wasn't for the excellent customer service I received. The first refrigerator I received wasn't cooling properly. On the highest setting the temperature was hovering around 40 degrees. i spoke with customer service and they told me to return to a Best Buy store and discuss my issue. I did and they ended up sending me a new one, received it in 2 days, plugged it in and so far it's been cooling around 32 degrees, setting is on 4, been about 2 months. Best Buy was very accommodating and solved my problem immediately!

I bought this for my office (away from home). Perfect size for lunches, snacks, and drinks. And condiments and coffee creamers. It is very quiet. Every few minutes it kicks on, and all I hear is a quiet hum. I've it had it plugged in for 3 hours, and it is already cold inside on setting 4 as recommended. There is a thin layer of clear plastic covering the entire thing. You'll think your fridge is scratched. It isn't! Just peel the plastic off. I bought this on sale at Best Buy. $30 cheaper than any competitor fridge. Well worth it! Great purchase.

Shipping was fast. The fridge was easy to unpack and set up. It’s been doing a great job of keeping my drinks and snacks cold at the office on the recommended setting of 4. I can hear a “pop” noise when the cooling clicks on, but it’s not too disruptive for me. Overall, I would recommend this fridge for its great value. It does not have a freezer compartment, but I didn’t need that anyway.

Great office fridge. Keeps items really cold with minimal sound

I bought this for my 10-year old & 14-year old sons, and it works great. The size is good, and they love it. The temperature stays around 40 degrees Fahrenheit and that temperature is PERFECT. The Price was $110, which isn’t bad for a fridge this size. The noise was slightly troubling, but it worked as white noise machine while my sons slept. Both of them loved this fridge, and they used it for juices, water and other drinks. The fact it had no freezer was very nice so they didn’t worry about defrosting the mini-fridge, and also they stored 12 fl oz Gatorade and even small Vernors bottles. My sons love this fridge a lot and they can store a good amount of drinks. In summary, definitely 5 stars, and good job for making a great fridge, Insignia.

Great little fridge for the price. Can’t say much more, it’s a good little mini-fridge that does the job it’s supposed to, and I think is a great value for the money. It looks good, simple, is just about the size I was looking for, and keeps stuff cold. Has a pretty minimal noise level, not that you can’t hear it running, but not really a bother or distraction, since it’s a fridge and of course will make noise when running.

Quiet, effecient, cold. We use it as a secondary fridge in bedroom for baby milk with overnights.
