Neither Best Buy nor the manufacturer will do anything. Best Buy said I needed to contact the manufacturer and the manufacturer keeps transferring me back to Best Buy when I call. Insignia won't respond to my emails either. I guess the poor quality is not surprising though as it was so cheap. The only reason it got one star is zero stars is not an option.
