One of the top screw holes came loose during installation, and there are typos in the installation guide. Insignia did not do their due diligence on this product. Will not be buying insignia products ever again

Customer services were ridiculously un effective. I will never Best buy again.

It's a bit heavy to install, as with most over-the-range microwaves, but this one does sit higher than some other brands and models that are taller in height. This is good if you want more space between the range and your cabinet, but measure your space just to be sure!
