Professional, helpful and very courteous. I am, however, giving a three overall because I would give a -5 if I could for customer service. You call Panama they’re not pleasant, they’re not helpful and they’re rude! Even before you get to them, you have to go through this trivial questions. You have to answer to AI customer service. Just give me a live human being please and one that is there to serve the customers.
