The Insignia 10 Cu. ft. Refrigerator offers solid cooling, decent storage, and good value for the price. Like many owners like its energy efficiency and space, but some noise during time to time. It’s a practical budget choice but lacks premium features and may vary by model.

Purchasing was OK, but wanted white color, but unavailable for 3 - 4 months, so selected more expensive Stainless Steel look. MGR denied my request to match lower price for 1st choice! Delivery postponed due to 'broken truck.' Instead of putting me at top of next date, was put off for several days. Wasn't the BEST BUY purchase, but product has been working well.

Great refrigerator for its value put this in my RV so I wouldn’t use a lot of electricity

I wanted another fridge for the basement to hold the stuff we don't regularly use. This is a nice size: not full kitchen and not dorm room tiny. Great for an extra or a small place. Would not recommend for full kitchen. Would be great if you're outfitting an AirBnB.

I am very pleased with my Insignia Refrigerator. It is the right size inside and out for my smallish kitchen and more than adequate for perishable food items and leftovers. The stainless front and black shell add sofistication to its modest price.

It is perfect for me and my boyfriend. Just enough room in the freezer and refrigerator. It's 5 ft' tall. It gets the job done. I don't expect it to last a while though. Definitely a good starter fridge.

Good compact replacement fridge. Meets our needs. Not as quiet as we would expect from a brand new fridge though, hence the one star deduction.

I would give staff in the store in Augusta Maine, five stars. Professional, helpful and very courteous. I am, however, giving a three overall because I would give a -5 if I could for customer service. You call Panama they’re not pleasant, they’re not helpful and they’re rude! Even before you get to them, you have to go through this trivial questions. You have to answer to AI customer service. Just give me a live human being please and one that is there to serve the customers.
